Hello Potential hosts free events on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

COVID-19 has impacted our lives in so many ways that we are being forced to adapt and change at an unbelievably accelerated rate. Focusing on the workplace, how do we help people through their personal and professional change curve? How do I help my coworkers when I am forced to change at the same time?
During this session, we will tackle this challenge by combining organizational change management best practices and personal experiences from participants. Michael McCullah will share a framework to help understand changes in the workplace that are a result of the COVID-19 virus. In addition to providing information about how people experience change, he will invite the audience to help co-create strategies to address the new way of working, including a remote workforce.

Michael McCullah has over 20 years of experience in change management, project management, and learning and development, specializing in human resources and technology. Michael has worked with local and multinational organizations focused on company-wide standardization and business process improvement, including the implementation of global systems and new technology rollouts. He is a Manager in the Transformation, Adoption, & Change practice at Hitachi Vantara.
